Our delicious Captain’s caviar is manufactured from top quality Coho salmon roe. Coho salmon, also known as Silver salmon is harvested in late August through October. This salmon roe is cured at an Alaskan facility in accordance with centuries-old Russian tradition. Coho salmon caviar is distinguished by its bold flavor, firm texture, and vibrant red color, making it a unique and luxurious addition to any gourmet meal. Salt content is between 2.5% to 3.5%.
