Returns and Refunds

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. You must contact us within three business days of receiving your package to receive a refund or credit towards your next order. We understand that occasionally during the shipping packages can be dropped or damaged. If your products arrived damaged, with caviar leaking out of the packaging, please call us or email us with a photo. If a metal can is dented, we are unable to give you a refund as the product is still intact. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • The customer, or their proxy, is responsible to receive the order, unpack it and place it into the refrigerator or freezer on the day it is delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to store the products correctly to avoid spoilage.
  • The customer must contract Fish&Caviar within 3 days of delivery if there are any quality issues. The customer must provide details of the concerns.


When placing your order, we require billing and shipping and payment information. We will not share this information with any other parties except for UPS, as required for shipping and delivery of your order. We will retain your order information for future orders and may contact you with upcoming promotions and new products. Please let us know if you would like to be removed from our contact lists.

  • The customer agrees for Fish&Caviar to retain their personal billing, shipping and payment information.
  • The customer allows Fish&Caviar to share their shipping information with UPS as needed for delivery of the order.
  • The customer must request to be taken off of the contract list if they do not wish to receive further correspondence about promotions and products.

Placing Orders

Select your caviar and add it to the card. Please note that images are for illustration purposes only. After selecting check out, please fill out the billing, shipping, payment and other contact information. The information must be complete and accurate for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered. Fish&Caviar is not liable for missing and falsified information. An order will be placed on hold and not shipped if we have any concerns about the accuracy of the information. In addition, if payment method is declined, your order will also be placed on hold. Fish&Caviar will attempt to contact the customer to collect the corrected information. Orders with different shipping and billing addresses may require additional authorization prior to shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. At this time we do not accept American Express credit cards or personal checks. You will not be able to place an order online using a money order as payment, however, you can call us at 1-888-407-0127 and we can place the order for you. This order will be held (not shipped) until we receive the money order.

Paypal check out also available. Paypal credit is a service of Paypal not Fish&Caviar.

  • The customer is responsible for filling out all required fields with complete and accurate information. Orders with missing or inaccurate information will be placed on hold. Though Fish&Caviar will attempt to contact the customer to gather the corrected information, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate or corrected information.
  • The customer understands that orders will be placed on hold if additional or corrected information is needed.
  • Acceptable forms of payment through our website include Visa, MasterCard and Discovery credit cards.


We ship out of Bellevue, Washington using UPS and ship only within the United States. We do not currently ship to US territories, Canada or any other countries. Depending on the products placed into the shopping cart and where you are shipping to, you will be presented with shipping options and their associated fees. You can always upgrade to faster shipping, but you cannot select slower shipping. For any orders including Premium Sturgeon caviar products, we require overnight, next-day delivery because this caviar does not contain preservatives. We require 2-day shipping or faster if you have any frozen products in your order. All other items can be shipped third-day delivery. To mitigate the risk of the goods arriving late and spoiling, we ship out third-day shipping items on Mondays and Tuesdays only so they arrive prior to the weekend. Once the order is shipped and picked up by UPS, you will be able to track your package with the tracking information emailed to you. If you would like to know when your order will be shipped, please contact us. On the day of your delivery, please make sure someone is home to receive and unpack the package.

  • The customer agrees to use overnight, next day delivery for any orders containing premium sturgeon caviar, and pay associated fees.
  • The customer agrees to use 2-day or next-day delivery for any orders containing frozen products, and pay associated fees.
  • The customer understands that third-day deliver items are only shipped out Mondays and Tuesdays.

Fish&Caviar works to offer customers the best prices available for quality caviar and fish products. The prices on our website reflect the current price, but are subject to change. We are not able to give refunds based on price drops. The price in your cart is the price you agree to pay for the products, with shipping charges on top of that.

  • The customer agrees to pay the shipping costs as stated upon check out.
